0 → 500 users roadmap

GrowJin audits your SAAS product and tells you exactly what to fix and how.

Diagnose. Fix. Re-verify. Unlock.

Free tier. No card. First findings in under 2 minutes.

Not just another scoring tool: prescriptive fixes

Stop wasting ad spend on a site that can't convert

Show up when ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend a tool like yours

What the guessing is actually costing you

Every week you don't know what's broken, you're paying for it anyway.

Not in a dashboard. In wasted ad spend, dead outreach, and the months you can't get back.

$0 back

Traffic your site can't hold

You get a burst of traffic, but almost nobody converts. That spend is gone for good.

6 months

Spent on the wrong stage

The right moves in the wrong order don't work. Fix the basics first.

Invisible

To an entire new channel

More buyers ask AI for recommendations now, not Google. If AI can't find you, you're out of the running.

The honest version: most early founders aren't failing at growth. They're doing stage 9 work on a stage 2 product, and there's nothing in their stack that will tell them.

Stage 05 · the blind spot nobody is auditing

Open ChatGPT right now and ask it to recommend a tool like yours.

Go on. We'll wait. If you're not in the answer, a competitor just got that lead.

> "Best tool for a solo SaaS founder to fix their site?"
  • 1. Competitor A: cited from their comparison pages
  • 2. Competitor B: cited from a review roundup
  • You: not cited.

GrowJin's GEO Audit tests exactly this, and tells you what to fix.

The loop

Diagnose. Fix. Re-verify. Unlock.

Graders stop at the diagnosis. That's the part that was never the hard bit.

Step 01

A real audit, not a score

We check your real site, not a template. You get a specific fix, not a vague tip.

Step 02

You ship the fix

Plain instructions, no jargon. "Add this to these 6 pages," not "improve your SEO."

Step 03

We re-verify, then unlock

We check again. If it worked, you move on. If it didn't, you don't.

The full sequence

13 stages. In this order. For a reason.

You can see every stage from day one, including the locked ones, and exactly what it takes to open them. Nothing is hidden. It's just sequenced.

Why not the thing you already tried

You've had the score. It didn't help.

Most founders reach GrowJin after a grader gave them a red 62 and no idea what to do with it.

Pricing

A growth consultant costs $3,000 a month and starts next quarter.

For context: the cheapest fractional growth help for an early SaaS runs $2,000–5,000/month, takes two weeks to onboard, and hands you a Notion doc. GrowJin runs tonight.

The parts you're skeptical about

Fair questions.

I've tried audit tools before. They were useless.

They were. They stopped at a number. A score tells you something is wrong; it doesn't tell you what to type. GrowJin's output is the fix itself: the specific page, the specific change. Then it re-runs to confirm the change actually landed. Diagnosis is the start of the loop, not the product.

I'm technical, not a marketer. Can I actually act on this?

That's who it's written for. Fixes are implementable by a founder who can edit their own code and copy. No strategy decks, no "align your brand narrative." If a fix genuinely needs judgment rather than execution, we say so instead of pretending it's a checkbox.

Why would I pay before I have revenue?

You shouldn't. The free tier gives you complete access to Foundation and Website Audit: full findings, full fixes, not a blurred preview. If the loop hasn't already produced a visible win for you, there is no reason to upgrade and we'd rather you didn't.

Why can't I just skip to the ads and outreach modules?

Because that's the failure mode this product exists to interrupt. Sending paid traffic to a site that fails its own conversion audit doesn't produce users, it produces a smaller bank balance and a confusing dataset. The gate is the feature. It's also visible: you always see exactly what's needed to open the next one.

Who is this not for?

Enterprise or sales-led SaaS, where the bottleneck is pipeline rather than site and search fundamentals. Post-PMF companies with a marketing hire already in place. Founders who can't implement fixes themselves, since that breaks the loop. And agencies looking for a client-facing tool: that's not what this is.

Your first 500 users are a checklist.
You just haven't been given it.

Two minutes from now you'll know what's actually broken, what to fix first, and whether AI engines can even see you. Or you can run one more month on instinct.

No card. Free tier stays free.
